You can return your order within 14 days and we will make sure that the purchase amount is transferred to your account within 7 business days of receiving the package. If you decide to return and refund the order, then you have 14 days to complete it.

How does it work?

You have 14 days from the date you received the order.
Please include your order number. Please contact us if you cannot find the order number.
The underwear must be in good condition with no signs of use. If it's worn, then we unfortunately cannot accept a refund.
The order must be returned as it was sent, with all accessories.

Return in 3 steps

Step 1: Send an e-mail

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a photo showing the product in its packaging with all accessories.

Step 2: Fill out the return form.

Fill out the return form sent to you after you register your return. (You will receive this form after a day when our team is done checking your photo's.)

Step 3: Ship your order

Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. (Will take a week for us to receive.)

Step 4: Receiving the purchase price

Once we receive the package, we will make sure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 7 business days.
