Order and delivery

Expected delivery time: Free of charge, 7-15 days to the US (1-2 days processing time)

All our products are delivered to your home free of charge, We take care of the shipping costs of every order.

All orders are shipped in durable packaging to ensure that your purchase is not damaged in transit.

If delivery of your order cannot take place due to a wrong address or package refusal, the package will automatically be returned to our department store.

If you are not happy with the product, and you have accepted the package upon delivery, you can use the return form below to send the product back to us in good condition including all accessories. We will have to charge the shipping costs.

Track & Trace

All of our orders will come with a Track & Trace code. You will get the Track & Trace code in a 2nd e-mail when we ship out your package. Then you can easily follow all your orders through the Track & Trace link that is sent after you have placed your order.
